On September 28, 2025, the wearable surgical lighting OPELA III Cx was used at a medical event for children where they could experience the work of surgery, held in Koto Ward, Tokyo. The event was organized by young doctors from the Japan Surgical Society to encourage elementary school through high school students to become interested in the work of a surgeon.
